About the Opportunity
HTS Recruiting is partnering with a high-growth, technology-focused organization to hire a Project Manager for the Program Management Office (PMO). You’ll be embedded within our client’s PMO to help design, formalize, and scale PMO processes and drive the successful delivery of programs that support channel strategy and business objectives. This role is critical to cross-functional alignment, operational excellence, and growth through the partner ecosystem.
What You’ll Do
- Establish and maintain PMO governance, methodologies, best practices, and reporting standards across channel initiatives.
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional programs aligned to company and partner ecosystem goals.
- Collaborate with channel partner teams (sales, marketing, operations, alliances) to design, implement, and track partner programs and initiatives.
- Lead change management and craft effective internal communications.
- Drive operational efficiency with repeatable processes, dashboards, and metrics for executive reporting.
- Facilitate alignment among internal stakeholders (product, engineering, sales, finance, marketing) and external partners to ensure program success.
- Provide program updates, risk assessments, and performance insights to senior leadership.
- Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure on-time, on-scope delivery.
- Champion continuous improvement within the PMO for scalability in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
What You’ll Bring
- 7+ years in Program/Project Management with 3+ years in a PMO role within high tech (required).
- Proven experience working with or managing Channel Partner programs (required).
- Strong foundation in PMO methodologies, governance, and portfolio management.
- Hands-on expertise in scope, risk, schedule, and budget management.
- Exceptional organization, communication, and stakeholder management; able to influence across executive and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency with program/project tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, JIRA, MS Project).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; PMP a plus.
