• Troubleshoot connectivity and performance: Diagnose and resolve routing, wireless, network connectivity, and performance issues across client environments.
• Coordinate external partners: Work with internet service providers, cabling contractors, third-party vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently.
• Manage project execution: Own assigned technical tasks from planning to completion, coordinating with project managers on approved scope, budgets, schedules, and risks.
• Document technical solutions: Maintain accurate network diagrams, IP addressing plans, configuration records, project updates, and handoff documentation.
• Support deployments and transitions: Execute cutovers, validate implementations, provide post-deployment support, and ensure a seamless handoff to operational support teams.
• Collaborate across technical disciplines: Apply foundational knowledge of networking, cloud, infrastructure, security, and identity technologies to address dependencies and support integrated solutions.
• Maintain delivery standards: Record time accurately, meet departmental billable-utilization expectations, and support scheduled after-hours upgrades and migrations.
