Job Summary:
The Program Manager is an enterprise-level program leader responsible for the successful delivery of Solumina across all business areas for a dedicated customer program encompassing multiple projects. This role provides strategic oversight, ensuring alignment to contractual commitments, enterprise architecture, and targeted business outcomes while coordinating activities across iBase-t Project Managers and serving as the central escalation point for risks, issues, and dependencies.
Objective:
Provide enterprise-level leadership for the delivery of Solumina across all business areas, ensuring alignment to contractual commitments, enterprise architecture, and business outcomes while coordinating multiple business-area projects under a single customer program and project structure.
Scope of Role:
- Oversee Solumina program and project delivery across business areas.
- Coordinate with iBase-t Project Managers to ensure project processes are followed.
- Act as escalation point for project teams; escalate issues as needed to PMO Director, Customer Success Team, and functional leadership.
- Serve as main interface to DT Program Managers for program execution matters.
- Work with stakeholders and iBase-t executives to report program health.
- Manage financials, forecasts, and milestones at the program level.
- Collaborate with Business Architect to align program execution with business scope, architecture, integrations, and deployment strategy.
- Ensure planning and execution match the roadmap.
- Represent iBase-t Program Management in governance meetings.
Essential Functions:
- Own enterprise-level program governance and execution across all business areas for a dedicated customer program.
- Engage and manage executive-level relationships, including participation in Executive Steering Committee forums.
- Lead enterprise-scale, high-complexity programs encompassing multiple projects, managing budgets, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
- Establish and enforce PMO program governance structures, roles, responsibilities, and decision-making processes across project teams.
- Coordinate with iBase-t Project Managers to ensure adherence to project processes and the iBase-t Solumina Implementation Methodology (SIM).
- Act as the primary escalation point for project teams; escalate issues as needed to the PMO Director, Customer Success Team, and functional leadership.
- Serve as the main interface to Customer DT Program Managers for program execution matters.
- Collaborate with Business Architecture and functional leadership to align program scope, integrations, and deployment strategy with the approved roadmap.
- Manage program-level financials, forecasts, milestones, and budget allocation.
- Represent iBase-t Program Management in governance meetings and customer forums.
- Drive integrated program planning, including the development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule.
- Build and sustain collaborative client relationships that promote customer value realization and additional engagements.
- Facilitate resolution of program-level risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Lead program kickoff and closeout activities, including retrospectives and improvement planning.
- Forecast program-related resource utilization and revenue; contribute to financial planning.
- Identify lessons learned and apply continuous improvement practices at the program level.
- Mentor Project Managers as required, fostering professional development.

Required Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Project Management, IT, or Industrial/Systems Engineering.
- 10+ years of industry experience, including demonstrated program management leadership.
- PMP Certification required.
Preferred/Desired Experience:
- PgMP (Program Management Professional) Certification strongly preferred.
- 6+ years experience with Aerospace & Defense clients.
- Experience managing multi-project enterprise programs with dedicated customer teams.
