Program Manager Summary

Own large, complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, from scoping and planning through activation. Drive advertiser and third-party incentive programs, including initiatives moving incentive allocation toward real-time, data-driven models. Integrate Engineering, Data and Operations deliverables into a functioning end-to-end outcome. Coordinate Compliance, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships and Legal across multiple workstreams. Own program timelines, operating cadences, process design, documentation, reporting and stakeholder escalations. Use data to identify issues, generate insights and provide status/readouts to executive leadership.
