MANTECH seeks motivated, career and customer-oriented Program Control Analyst to join our team. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Examines budget estimates for completeness, accuracy, and conformance with procedures and regulations.
- Draft technical documentation for budget assessments and maintain comprehensive records of financial expenditures.
- Prepare preliminary cost-benefit analyses and facilitate the coordination of funding requests between internal departments and the PMO.
- Supports the execution of program control functions by tracking budget milestones and ensuring the accuracy of financial data entry.
- Execute the collection of cost data for quarterly reviews and verify that all expenditure are documented according to established standards.
- Maintain collaborative financial tracking systems to ensure real-time visibility of mission-critical funding status.
- Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
- BA/BS in a relevant discipline and 3+ years of position relevant experience (High School and 4 years of additional relevant experience or Associate's Degree and 2 years of additional relevant experience may be exchanged in lieu of a required Bachelor's degree).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foundational certifications in program control or budgeting.
- Proficiency in specialized financial or budgeting software (e.g., GFEBS or DEAMS)
- Experience with military logistics financial reporting requirements.
Clearance Required:
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $62,400.00-$103,700.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
