About the Role:

Ripple Effect Strategies is seeking a full-time Production Associate to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role you will develop and optimize SMS and MMS campaigns for political and nonprofit clients. The salary for this role is $80,000/year.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Sending, tracking, and coordinating client approvals
• Registering new clients
• Producing and optimizing forms
• Updating client budgets
• Stay up to date on digital engagement trends and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education, Skills and Work Experience:

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, digital fundraising, political campaigns, or a related field.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to craft concise, persuasive SMS or email copy.
• Experience with A/B testing and using performance data to optimize campaigns.
• Familiarity with texting platforms (e.g., Switchboard) and digital marketing tools.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Political Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
