Lead / Manager
At Authenticom, we're building the future of automotive data connectivity.
For more than 20 years, we've been the trusted technology partner behind many of North America's leading automotive manufacturers, dealerships, software providers, and technology companies. Every day, our technology securely powers millions of critical data exchanges that keep the automotive industry moving.
While our name may not be widely recognized outside the industry, our impact is. Today, we're entering an exciting new phase of growth—expanding our products, strengthening strategic partnerships, and investing in the technology and people that will help us accelerate what's next.
We're large enough to solve meaningful, enterprise-scale challenges, yet agile enough that every employee has the opportunity to influence our direction. We believe great companies are built by great people, which is why we've created a remote-first culture grounded in trust, accountability, collaboration, and flexibility.
If you're looking for a company where your ideas matter, your work has meaningful impact, and you can help shape products used across the automotive technology ecosystem, Authenticom offers the opportunity to build something meaningful—not simply maintain what's already there.
This isn't just another Product Manager role.
We're looking for a thoughtful, customer-focused Product Manager who can connect customer needs, business priorities, and technology capabilities to create products and experiences that deliver real value.
You'll play a key role in shaping product strategy and turning that strategy into actionable requirements, prioritized roadmaps, and successful product enhancements. You'll work closely with customers and cross-functional teams across Technology, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and other areas to understand market needs, validate solutions, and guide products from concept through delivery and continuous improvement.
This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, collaborating across teams, and advocating for the customer. If you're energized by turning ideas and feedback into products that make a measurable difference, we'd love to meet you.
Within your first year, you'll:
You're someone who naturally connects the dots between customer needs, business goals, and technology.
You ask thoughtful questions, listen closely, and enjoy understanding the "why" behind a problem before jumping to a solution. You're comfortable balancing competing priorities and making decisions when not every answer is obvious.
You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy bringing people together around a common goal. You're organized, analytical, curious, and willing to roll up your sleeves to help move an idea from concept to reality.
Most importantly, you're passionate about creating products that solve real problems and deliver meaningful value to customers.
Join a company investing in its future and help shape products that power critical data connectivity across the automotive technology ecosystem.
Work closely with customers and cross-functional teams where your ideas and decisions can directly influence product direction and customer experience.
Join a collaborative team that values trust, accountability, flexibility, and continuous learning.
Authenticom is committed to a remote-first work environment that gives employees the flexibility to do their best work while staying connected to their teams and customers.
Authenticom offers a comprehensive benefits package including:
Authenticom is committed to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered to succeed. We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
