Product manager

About the Role

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining, prioritizing, and delivering product initiatives that align with business goals and user needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide products through the full lifecycle, from discovery and planning to launch and iteration. This role is suited for professionals who are strategic, analytical, and comfortable balancing business, user, and technical considerations.

Your Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities
• Gather and translate business and user requirements into clear specifications
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and other stakeholders
• Manage product backlogs and sprint planning
• Oversee product launches and ongoing improvements
• Analyze product performance and user feedback
• Communicate product updates and priorities to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between product delivery and business objectives

Preferred Qualifications

• 4 to 8+ years of experience in product management or a related role
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Organized, proactive, and results-oriented

Salary and Benefits

• Base Salary: USD $95,000 to $135,000 annually
