Product Content Designer V

Location: Remote

Duration: 6 months

Compensation: $50 - $70/hr

We are looking for a Product Content Designer V to partner with cross-functional product teams to plan, create, and improve content for digital products and user experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, translate complex information into clear and engaging content, and balance high-level content strategy with hands-on writing and editing. The ideal candidate will have strong product judgment, excellent content design instincts, and the ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Partner with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to develop and execute content strategies.
• Plan, write, edit, test, and improve content across digital product experiences.
• Coordinate approvals and alignment across a broad range of stakeholders.
• Establish and improve processes for working with content design.
• Apply and maintain consistency with content standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, product managers, product marketers, and engineers.
• Translate complex concepts into accurate, user-friendly, and engaging content.
• Advocate for content design and help stakeholders understand how to work effectively with content partners.
• Share work, provide feedback to teammates, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Deliver high-quality work in a deadline-driven environment with strong expectations around quality, speed, and execution.

Required Qualifications:

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in content design, product content, UX writing, or a closely related field.
• Hands-on experience with Figma.
• Strong product and content sense.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Experience creating content for digital product experiences.
• Strong writing, editing, and content strategy skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional product teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate complex material into clear, accurate, and engaging user-facing content.
• Portfolio or writing samples demonstrating relevant work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing support-related user experiences.
• Experience with reporting experiences or reporting-related product flows.
• Experience working on trust, safety, integrity, support, or other complex platform experiences.
• Experience creating content for mobile experiences.
• Experience working with global audiences and maintaining content consistency across products.
