Duties:

• Take full ownership of assigned mandates from intake to placement
• Source, screen, and present candidates for senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles
• Conduct international searches, including placements into the Middle East, USA and SSA
• Manage client relationships, briefs, expectations, and feedback directly
• Negotiate offers and guide candidates through onboarding and mobilisation
• Keep accurate records of pipeline activity and progress

Requirements:

• At least 20 years of proven recruitment experience
• Strong skills in Communication, Management, Negotiation, and Client Relationship Management
• Extensive experience in international recruitment and managing complex client mandates
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple high-profile searches
