Planner scheduler

PLANNER SCHEDULER

To prepare and update project to incorporate feedback from disciplines and produce appropriate control reports to suit the project requirements.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• To respond to the requirements of the project under the direction of the Project Manager.
• To prepare and update the schedule using Primevera P-6 Software in accordance with the strategic requirements of the project.
• To incorporate interface requirements between Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Fabrication, Installation, Commissioning as appropriate into project programs.
• To attend regular progress meetings.
• To collect and/or update information, checking it’s accuracy where necessary and incorporating it into programs.
• To analyze feedback from the Project Manager and Superintendent and update programs, highlighting adverse situations and seeking possible solutions.
• To prepare planning information for reports.
• To incorporate changes to the scope of work into programs and progress curves.
• To establish effective working relationships with appropriate project staff to assist in provision of timely and accurate program, interface and update information.

Must Have at least 5 years of working knowledge and experience using Primevera P-6 scheduling software.
