This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a People Operations Partner GTM based in United States.

This high-visibility People role owns the full people partnership for Commercial, Customer Experience, and Finance/Ops teams across the US, LATAM, and APAC.

You will advise approximately 10 senior leaders and support a workforce of around 250 employees, helping leaders make effective people and organizational decisions.

The role combines strategic people partnership with hands-on execution across employee relations, performance, compensation, talent, and organizational design.

You will help shape scalable people programs while identifying organizational and talent opportunities that support business growth.

A major focus will be strengthening performance management, manager enablement, career development, and succession planning.

You will work closely with a small, globally distributed People team in a fast-moving, high-growth technology environment.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced HR professional who brings strong judgment, commercial awareness, independence, and a practical approach to complex people challenges.

Accountabilities:

• Partner with Commercial, Customer Experience, and Finance/Ops leaders to translate business priorities into practical people strategies and organizational actions.
• Serve as the primary People advisor to senior leaders and managers, coaching them through organizational design, talent, performance, employee relations, and other people decisions.
• Provide direct support on complex or sensitive employee matters while coordinating operational needs with People Operations.
• Lead and advise on core HR cycles, including compensation and promotion decisions, using performance outcomes, compensation data, and organizational context to support consistent and equitable outcomes.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on headcount planning, role definition, hiring strategy, and prioritization of critical talent.
• Manage employment-related decisions such as relocation cases, terminations, and other compliance matters, applying sound judgment across US multi-state employment requirements and escalating when appropriate.
• Analyze people data and organization-specific metrics such as attrition and ramp time to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for proactive action.
• Lead change management and communication for company-wide People initiatives within the supported organization.
• Provide an independent People perspective in leadership discussions, challenging assumptions, identifying organizational and talent risks, and balancing business priorities with effective people practices.
• Contribute to performance management redesign, manager enablement, talent development, succession planning, and other initiatives designed to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other People Partners across regions to deliver a consistent and scalable employee experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HR Business Partner experience, including at least 2 years supporting Sales, GTM, or broader commercial organizations, ideally within a high-growth SaaS or technology environment.
• Experience advising Directors, Vice Presidents, and/or C-level leaders in a scaling organization.
• Strong practical knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational design, talent management, and people strategy.
• Strong commercial judgment and experience coaching senior commercial leaders through performance, development, organizational, and difficult employee conversations.
• People operations experience rather than a primarily recruitment-focused background, with confidence handling US multi-state employment matters and familiarity with regional employment requirements.
• Ability to build, interpret, and apply people analytics and dashboards to influence decisions and proactively identify organizational opportunities or risks.
• Strong judgment, discretion, and confidentiality when handling complex or sensitive employee situations.
• Excellent communication, coaching, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge leaders constructively.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented approach, with a willingness to identify problems independently and take ownership of outcomes.
• Collaborative, curious, adaptable, and comfortable working across ambiguity, time zones, and changing priorities.
• Ability to balance compliance requirements with practical, business-focused solutions.
• Experience working within a global People organization is a plus.
• Candidates must have full legal authorization to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
• Candidates residing in Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington are not eligible for this role.
