What we’re looking for

• Managed paid social media, preferably at scale
• Strong with intermediate math concepts (e.g. incrementality, marginal rate of return)
• Lead paid media discussions on client calls
• Present pacing, strategy, and optimization plans to clients effectively
• Ability to build structured testing frameworks
• Fluency in marketing metrics: ROAS, CAC, LTV, etc
• Understands attribution and tools like Northbeam, Triple Whale, Hyros, or GA4
• Managed TikTok, Google, Snapchat, or CTV media is a plus
• Experience in performance-driven media
• Comfortable holding your own with founders and C-suite
• Uses AI to move faster and cut busywork
• Ability to translate data insights into creative strategy
