Marketing director - revenue enablement & field marketing

Basic Function

Lumin Digital is hiring a Marketing Director who will be focused on building out account based engagement plays focused on our install base. This role is centered on driving pipeline growth through cross sell and upsell efforts into the account base, partnering closely with the client experience (CX) teams to align strategic marketing initiatives with their objectives and revenue targets. While making every Account Executive (AE) dramatically more effective by arming them with the right message, for the right contact, at the right time.

The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally to develop personalized, multi-channel engagement initiatives that deepen relationships and accelerate revenue growth across the Lumin Digital client base.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities, Experience:

• Develop, implement, and optimize account based efforts for the existing install base, aligning closely with overall business and CX objectives.
• Translate account audits and whitespace data into specific, actionable conversation priorities for each AE, so they know which product to discuss, with whom, and why now.
• Collaborate extensively with CX and product marketing teams to prioritize, and segment high-value accounts based on cross-sell and upsell growth opportunities.
• Partner with AEs to develop bespoke account-specific content for priority accounts, tailored QBR decks, executive briefing documents, and personalized outreach sequences.
• Work closely with product marketing and content teams to develop compelling, tailored content that directly addresses the needs and challenges of our client accounts.
• Establish clear KPIs and provide regular reporting on campaign effectiveness, utilizing insights to continuously refine and optimize ABX tactics.
• Ensure consistent alignment and communication between CX, marketing, and product teams regarding account priorities, messaging, and execution strategies.
• Utilize advanced marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) to manage outreach, segmentation, and engagement tracking.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position Specifications

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience:

7 years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, specifically with Account Based Marketing (ABM) experience, enterprise marketing, or related fields required. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing targeted ABM strategies, ideally within B2B SaaS, fintech, or financial services. Demonstrated experience effectively managing cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders at senior levels.

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

• Strong expertise in modern marketing channels, including digital, event marketing, direct mail, and targeted advertising.
• Exceptional analytical and strategic skills, proficient in translating performance data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with ABM tools, marketing automation platforms, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, adept at working effectively across diverse teams.
• Innovative thinker with a proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail coupled with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
