Manager, creator affiliates

Our client, a American Multinational Clothing and Accessories Retailer company, is looking for a Manager, Creator Affiliates for their Remote location.

Responsibilities: The Manager, Creator Affiliates will support creator affiliate growth across client portfolio of brands. This individual will serve as a key partner in driving affiliate-attributed revenue through creator recruitment, activation, communication, performance management, and optimization. The role will work closely with internal teams and agency partner Gen3 to execute and scale creator affiliate programs. Drive creator affiliate growth and affiliate-attributed revenue. Manage creator affiliate activity across ShopMy and LTK. Recruit, onboard, activate, and reactivate creators. Develop and maintain direct creator communications and relationships. Monitor affiliate performance and identify optimization opportunities. Provide strategic recommendations based on market trends and creator performance. Partner closely with agency partner Gen3 to support execution and accountability. Support multiple client brands, including client, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta.

Requirements: The hiring team is looking for a creator affiliate specialist, not a general marketer. Candidates should have deep expertise in creator marketing, creator commerce, and affiliate ecosystems, with experience working directly with revenue-driving creators. An enterprising, solution-oriented mindset. Ability to proactively identify and solve problems. Strong strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution. Confidence influencing stakeholders across multiple brands and teams. Excellent communication skills and executive presence. Ability to challenge recommendations and bring informed points of view based on industry expertise. Hiring manager is seeking candidates with portfolios that demonstrate contemporary, modern, and elevated design aesthetics. Suppliers were encouraged to review current industry trends, lookbooks, and client collaborations to better understand the desired style and aesthetic. 5+ years of influencer/creator marketing experience, including affiliate marketing exposure. Experience managing revenue-producing creator/affiliate programs, not solely brand awareness influencer campaigns. Hands-on experience with ShopMy and LTK platforms. Experience recruiting, activating, and managing creator and influencer relationships. Strong understanding of affiliate marketing and creator commerce ecosystems. Experience analyzing affiliate performance and making strategic recommendations to improve results. Ability to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills. Experience managing affiliate budgets. Experience with affiliate platforms such as Impact, Rakuten, or CJ Affiliate. Existing creator/influencer relationships within the affiliate space. Experience within fashion retail, apparel, or beauty industries.
