THE ROLE

Independent - Remote - Performance-Based within the personal development and leadership education sector. You will engage with prospective clients, conduct professional discovery conversations, assess mutual suitability and guide qualified individuals through an established information and sales process. You'll also develop capabilities in digital marketing, communication and emerging technologies while managing your own priorities and performance.

Our work combines leadership education, professional engagement, digital marketing and direct sales, supported by established systems and resources. WHAT YOU'LL TAKE OWNERSHIP OF

• 01 – Professional Engagement: Build professional relationships and conduct high-quality conversations with prospective clients.
• 02 – Discovery & Qualification: Understand individual goals, assess mutual suitability and guide qualified individuals through an established information process.
• 03 – Direct Sales: Guide qualified prospective clients through an established sales process and generate successful sales outcomes.
• 04 – Business Development: Apply established digital marketing strategies, tools and audience insights to generate and develop prospective client relationships.
• 05 – Pipeline Management: Manage prospective client activity, maintain professional communication and follow-up throughout the decision-making process.
• 06 – Performance: Manage your priorities and activity within a results-driven environment, taking responsibility for your execution and outcomes.

This is an independent, self-directed role, not a salaried employment position. Income is generated through direct profits from successful product sales, rather than a fixed salary or hourly rate.
