  • Contribute to compliance and other regulatory projects, working alongside more experienced legal colleagues
  • Participate in international and cross-border legal matters, providing research, drafting, and administrative legal support throughout different project stages
  • Handle professional correspondence and assist with communication involving clients, regulators, and external business partners
  • Work closely with senior lawyers, incorporating feedback and gradually taking on more complex legal assignments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
  • Good command of written and spoken English, sufficient for legal research, document work, and professional business communication
  • Strong research and analytical abilities, with the confidence to work with legislation and complex legal information
  • Careful and structured approach to documentation, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to organize multiple assignments, set priorities, and consistently meet agreed deadlines
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Responsible and proactive approach to work, with a genuine interest in learning and developing legal expertise
  • Flexibility and willingness to work with unfamiliar topics, jurisdictions, and new regulatory challenges

Would be a plus:

  • Previous practical experience as a lawyer, paralegal, legal assistant, or in a similar legal position
  • Exposure to corporate, commercial, international, or IT law
  • Knowledge of additional foreign languages

What's in it for you:

  • Practical experience working on international and cross-border legal matters
  • Direct exposure to a variety of legal, regulatory, and compliance projects
