Are you a master of the fine-tooth comb? Do you find yourself spotting typos in menus or catching misplaced commas from a mile away? Are you looking for a flexible, high-impact role that lets you support a world-class creative team without the weight of the initial heavy lifting?

We are looking for a Junior Copy Editor to jump in and tackle the "Round 2" edits for hundreds of assets. You’ll be the final line of defense, handling legal tweaks and minor adjustments so our core copywriters can stay focused on the big-picture strategy. If you can move quickly, handle large batches of creative content with precision, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Role Information:

• Role: Junior Copy Editor
• Duration: ASAP through end of year
• Location: Remote
• Hours/wk: 10–15 hours/week (fluctuating based on project needs)
• Hourly Rate: $40/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Execute "Round 2" edits on a high volume of written creative assets.
• Implement legal edits and minor copy tweaks with speed and accuracy.
• Support the core copywriting team by ensuring all assets are polished and ready for final deployment.
• Manage fluctuating workloads, ensuring deadlines are met during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Sharp Editing Skills: A keen eye for grammar, syntax, and brand voice consistency.
• Attention to Detail: Unwavering focus, especially when working through large batches of content.
• Agility: Ability to move quickly and efficiently through repetitive but critical tasks.
• Reliability: Ability to manage a flexible schedule (10–15 hours per week) and adapt to changing project volumes.
