What You Will Work On

• Lead strategic technology and business transformation initiatives.
• Establish project governance, reporting, and PMO best practices.
• Manage project plans, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resources.
• Facilitate collaboration across business, technology, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Support organizational change management and adoption efforts.
• Develop executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and portfolio status updates.
• Ensure initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project, program, PMO, Agile, or transformation experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology or business initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate complex enterprise environments.
• Track record of delivering measurable business results.
