Requirements

Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Medical Interpreter fluent in Language and English for a 100% remote position. The role involves providing accurate and timely interpretation, enabling effective communication between patients and healthcare providers. Additional responsibilities include performing simultaneous and consecutive interpreting, ensuring proper use of medical terminology, and facilitating clear and culturally appropriate communication in medical settings.

What We Are Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of professional interpretation experience (this is a must, Also make sure you add your Interpretation Experience to your resume to be considered)
• Language: Malay and Mandarin fluency is a must (Please don't apply if you aren't fluent in both)
• Specialization: Proven expertise in Medical or Legal sectors
• Flexibility: Availability for OPI/VRI or scheduled appointments.
• Professionalism: High level of listening, note-taking, and memory retention skills.

Technical Requirements and certificates:

• Professional, HIPAA compliant Setup
• Wired USB headset with noise cancellation
• At least 10Mbps upload speed and 20 Mbps download speed
