Job Summary:

The Implementation Consultant, Emergency Operations owns the configuration, deployment, and customer enablement of First Due's field response and operations modules: Pre-Planning, Responder, Hydrants, and Command. The role serves Core agencies in standard pairing with an Implementation Manager, provides on-call complex-configuration support to Essentials, and contributes to Enterprise engagements. These modules put First Due in the field and on the apparatus. The role demands working knowledge of fire ground operations, incident command, pre-incident planning, and water supply, and the ability to configure mobile and map-based tools that responders rely on during active incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Module configuration and delivery
• Project execution and product partnership

Qualifications:

Three or more years of customer-facing implementation, configuration, or professional services experience in a SaaS environment, or equivalent operational experience in a fire or public safety agency.

Preferred Qualifications:

Direct experience as a firefighter, company officer, training officer, or fire service GIS or pre-planning coordinator.
