Job Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, or a related field required; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, PMP, PROSCI) preferred. 3–5 years’ experience in data analysis, process improvement, or operational analytics (preferably in IFM, procurement, or transitions). Experience with CMMS and business systems (SmartSheet, Triana, ServiceNow, Yardi, Famis360, FEXA) strongly preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This job operates in a professional office environment or remote home environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, monitors, shared drives and Software (Microsoft Suite, Traina and Smartsheet’s).
