Who we are:

At Herself Health, we're on a mission to help women get more life out of life, together. We are building a new model of primary care for women 65+ to solve long-standing problems: rushed appointments, long wait times, and care that's generalized rather than specialized towards women’s needs later in life such as post-menopausal care, bone density, weight management, and mental, social and emotional well-being.

Our patient-centric Primary Care clinics are dispersed across Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN. We are thrilled to serve the Twin Cities. Our team of 100+ colleagues is on a mission to innovate the primary care landscape for women 65+. We’re seeking like-minded individuals who share in this passion to join us!

About you:

As we grow our team, we are seeking strategic thought leaders who have a passion for building and innovating. We foster a culture of collaboration, excellence and the willingness to roll up our sleeves and learn as we grow. We have a customer first mindset, and we are looking for team members who share that. Our ideal candidates have strategic prowess and the ability to use data to build best practices and implement great ideas in collaboration with our team and our community.

About the HR Business Partner Role:

The Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees across assigned business areas. Working closely with senior HR leaders, this role helps implement people strategies that support business objectives, employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, and organizational growth.

The HRBP provides consultation on employee relations, performance management, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness. This role is ideal for an HR professional who has a strong generalist foundation and is ready to expand their strategic business partnership capabilities in a fast-paced, mission-driven healthcare environment.

Location Requirements:

This is a remote position with a home-based work location. Preference will be given to Minnesota-based candidates given the partnership required with local clinic leaders and teams. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States and able to travel from time to time to our Minneapolis-area clinics.

Essential Functions:

  • Strategic Business Partnership: Partner with leaders to understand business priorities and develop people strategies that support organizational objectives.
  • Employee Relations & Performance Management: Guide leaders through complex employee relations matters, investigations, performance concerns, corrective actions, and workplace conflict.
  • Talent, Engagement & Retention: Analyze turnover, engagement, retention, and workforce data to identify trends and recommend action plans.
  • Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness: Coach leaders at multiple levels on people leadership, change management, team effectiveness, and employee development.
  • Workforce Planning & Change Management: Support organizational restructuring, role design, workforce planning, and strategic growth initiatives.
  • Cross-Functional HR Partnership: Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, and Compliance teams.

Must-have Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Human Resources experience in one or more of the following areas: Human Resources Business Partnership, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Employee Engagement, Organizational Development, Performance Management.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong communication, consulting, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Healthcare, physician practice, value-based care, or multi-site healthcare experience.
  • Experience supporting a geographically dispersed or remote workforce.
