  • Process routine system transactions related to onboarding, offboarding, job changes, reporting relationships, workflows, documents, training assignments, and LMS administration.
  • Provide first-line support for user access, navigation, system errors, and routine configuration questions; document and escalate complex cases.
  • Coordinate with vendor support teams, track cases through resolution, and communicate status and next steps to stakeholders.
  • Apply approved role-based permissions and follow security, confidentiality, and least-access practices.

Configuration, Testing & Implementation Support

  • Assist with client implementations, system conversions, feature rollouts, LMS/training technology launches, and integrations by gathering requirements and maintaining project documentation.
  • Configure approved fields, forms, workflows, notifications, onboarding tasks, training assignments, reports, and other platform features under senior oversight.
  • Prepare test scenarios, conduct user acceptance testing, record results, validate corrections, and support production readiness checks.
  • Perform data imports and exports using approved templates and controls; validate record counts and exception reports.
  • Maintain configuration inventories, decision logs, process maps, standard operating procedures, and end-user guides.

Data Integrity, Reporting & Audit Support

  • Run system audits to identify missing, inconsistent, duplicate, or outdated employee and configuration data.
  • Build and maintain routine reports, trackers, dashboards, training completion reports, and client-ready data summaries.
  • Compare HRIS, payroll, benefits, timekeeping, LMS/training, and source records to identify discrepancies and support reconciliation.
  • Document data corrections, approvals, and validation results to create a clear audit trail.
  • Support recurring reporting, compliance data requests, and audit readiness under senior guidance.

Workflow Improvement & Client Service

  • Map current-state processes and help design practical future-state workflows using HR platforms, LMS/training technology, and Microsoft 365 tools.
  • Identify manual work, control gaps, duplicate entry, and user-experience issues and recommend improvements.
  • Support client meetings and system/training initiatives through agendas, demonstrations, action-item tracking, and follow-up documentation.
  • Create clear employee and administrator instructions, training materials, and system guides that translate technical steps into accessible language.
  • Manage assigned priorities across multiple client environments and communicate risks, blockers, and deadlines promptly.

Education and Experience

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field preferred; equivalent education, training, or relevant experience will be considered.
  • One to three years of professional experience in Human Resources and/or HR technology is required, including hands-on exposure to HR systems and related HR processes.
  • Experience supporting a book of business and managing priorities across multiple clients, entities, or business units is required.
  • Experience working within a small and/or growing business environment is required.
  • Professional certifications are welcome but not required; the successful candidate should be willing to pursue role-relevant training as the position develops.

  • Working understanding of HR and payroll processes and how system changes affect downstream users, data, training, and related workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate, complete work.
  • Ability to organize and manage competing priorities across a book of business, track deadlines, shift between client environments, and communicate promptly when priorities conflict.
  • Clear, professional written and verbal communication with clients, employees, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Initiative, adaptability, and comfort working in a small, growing business environment where processes and priorities may evolve.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and respect for confidential employee and client information.
