What the job is

You own Aftersell and post-purchase, email campaigns and flows, CRO on existing pages, product and landing pages (with our designers, developers, and UI/UX), and working those areas proactively.

You run Aftersell and post-purchase tests so AOV and LTV go up. You own email campaigns and flows (strategy, copy, tests, sends), and designers build the emails from your briefs.

You own product page content (including PDP images) with our designers, plus new product and landing pages, and improving current pages (PDP, shop, cart, shipping, checkout). You drive that work with our developers and UI/UX designer until it ships.

• High urgency: ships fast, follows up without being chased
• Strong problem-solving: figures out messy problems without a full playbook
• Willing to work longer hours on days when needed to figure something out
• Learns fast
• Good written English for async work with the team

Pay, hours, location

• Remote, flexible hours, about full-time (around 35–40 hrs/week), more or less as we need
• Daily overlap with our morning or afternoon work hours (CET), so we can talk and clear things with no delay
• Hourly pay: $20/hr USD, negotiable based on the level of your application
• Big bonuses to significantly increase your monthly earnings
