Guidewire policycenter rating developer

We are looking for a skilled Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating Developer with hands-on experience in implementing and configuring Guidewire Standard-Based Templates (SBT) for rating. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in PolicyCenter configuration, rating implementation, product model changes, and premium calculation logic for GL, CP and wC.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, configure, and maintain rating solutions in Guidewire PolicyCenter.
• Implement and configure rating using Guidewire Standard-Based Templates (SBT).
• Analyze business rating requirements and translate them into Guidewire rating configurations.
• Configure and maintain:
• Rate Books
• Rate Tables
• Rate Routines
• Worksheets
• Product Model components
• Develop and maintain Gosu code to support rating and underwriting functionality.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Actuarial teams, and SMEs to implement pricing changes.
• Perform impact analysis for rating enhancements and regulatory changes.
• Support unit testing, system testing, UAT, and production deployments.
• Troubleshoot premium calculation issues and resolve rating defects.
• Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
• Create technical specifications and maintain configuration documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Guidewire PolicyCenter Certification.
• Experience in Guidewire Cloud implementations.
