Gtm analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a GTM Analyst based in United States.

The GTM Analyst will turn go-to-market data into reliable reporting and actionable insights for Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations teams. This hands-on role owns the reporting layer of the funnel, from dashboard development and maintenance to data quality and analysis. You will connect information across CRM and marketing systems to uncover what is driving pipeline, conversion, campaign, and revenue performance.

The role combines technical analytics with strong business judgment, requiring you to investigate data issues and translate findings into clear recommendations. You will work closely with Analytics and RevOps leadership while becoming a trusted day-to-day resource for GTM data questions. The environment is remote-first, fast-moving, and AI-native, with opportunities to automate routine work and develop deeper technical expertise. This role is well suited to an analyst ready to take meaningful ownership and grow toward a Senior Data Analyst career path.

Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide Sales and Marketing with a shared, accurate view of funnel performance.
• Own the day-to-day maintenance and evolution of GTM reporting as source data, targets, campaigns, and go-to-market motions change.
• Measure the impact of campaigns, experiments, and GTM initiatives and provide insights that support investment and prioritization decisions.
• Investigate changes in win rates, pipeline velocity, campaign performance, conversion, and other funnel metrics by turning open-ended questions into testable hypotheses.
• Integrate data from CRM and marketing systems to support cross-functional analyses and deliver actionable recommendations rather than reporting alone.
• Audit CRM fields, lead-routing rules, and scoring logic to identify data-quality issues, drift, or unintended behavior and address root causes.
• Monitor adoption of GTM processes and tools, including outbound cadences, routing rules, scoring models, and other operational workflows.
• Maintain the accuracy of lead-scoring and attribution models by monitoring performance and identifying when retuning is required.
• Serve as a reliable resource for Sales, Marketing, and RevOps teams, answering day-to-day questions about funnel data and escalating more complex analytical questions when appropriate.
• Communicate data findings clearly through concise reporting, written analysis, and discussions accessible to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in GTM analytics, marketing analytics, sales analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role, with a strong focus on funnel reporting and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain dashboards; experience with Lightdash and Omni is relevant.
• Strong SQL skills and familiarity with modern analytics environments such as dbt and BigQuery.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Google Analytics.
• Experience monitoring and maintaining scoring or attribution models, including identifying data drift and determining when models require adjustment.
• Understanding of both B2B and B2C funnels and key metrics such as MQL-to-SQL conversion, win rate, pipeline velocity, and funnel leakage.
• Ability to turn ambiguous business questions into structured hypotheses, analyze the underlying data, and provide clear recommendations.
• Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate analytical and operational work while critically reviewing outputs for accuracy and quality.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain analytical findings to non-analytical stakeholders.
• Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable taking ownership across a broad range of responsibilities.
• Eager to build technical depth and progress toward a Senior Data Analyst career path.
• Comfortable working remotely within a small, fast-moving team with a broad scope of responsibilities.
• Experience in the creator economy, video, membership, or community software is a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot alongside a data warehouse, dbt semantic layers, analytics engineering, outbound sales tooling such as Salesloft or Outreach, or end-to-end lead-scoring models is desirable.
