Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive awareness, acquisition, and engagement through data-driven marketing strategies and experimentation. This role blends creativity, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns across the customer journey.

You’ll work closely with sales, customer success, and product teams to optimize funnel performance, improve conversion rates, and uncover scalable growth channels.

Here’s what you’ll do

• Develop and execute growth marketing strategies across paid, organic, lifecycle, referral, conference, and partnership channels.
• Own brand awareness and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build and optimize multi-channel campaigns to drive qualified leads and revenue growth.
• Analyze campaign and funnel performance to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.
• Lead A/B testing and experimentation efforts across landing pages, messaging, email flows, ads, and product experiences.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling growth-focused campaigns and assets.
• Monitor and report on KPIs, including CAC, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, ad performance, and ROI.
• Research customer behavior, market trends, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting infrastructure.
• Lead and evolve the growth marketing division by establishing priorities, processes, and performance standards.
• Mentor and develop team talent through coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.
• Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning across the team.

Here’s what we are looking for

Experience & Qualification

• 3–6+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, performance marketing, or lifecycle marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions and prioritize opportunities.
• Experience managing digital campaigns across channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, email, SEO, or partnerships.
• A master of conversion rate optimization, attribution, and funnel analytics.
• Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
• Experience in SaaS, tech, or event technology is a plus.
• Experience managing and mentoring team members and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and product.
• Possesses a growth mindset & is hypothesis-driven.

Compensation

This is a full-time position with an annual base salary of $70,000 with uncapped commission potential. On target first-year earnings are between $100,000 - $125,000. Your earnings are unlimited, with accelerators boosting high performance. Top performers can also expect increases to their base salary over time. This is a remote position.
