Position: Fullstack Software Engineer (.NET / React)

Engagement Mode: Remote

Timezone: United States

Position Overview

We are hiring a Fullstack Software Engineer with strong experience building production applications using .NET/C# on the backend and React on the frontend. This is a high-ownership, client-facing role where you will work across multiple projects, delivering end-to-end solutions for diverse business domains. You will own features from database design through API development to frontend implementation, working directly with clients, Product Owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable applications. The work spans greenfield product development, enterprise SaaS platforms, internal tools, and modernization of legacy .NET systems to modern architectures. This is not a ticket-taker role—you are expected to make architectural decisions, lead technical conversations with stakeholders, and deliver production-quality software with accountability for reliability, performance, and maintainability. The ideal candidate is a product-minded engineer who takes pride in shipping well-crafted software across the full stack and thrives in a consultancy environment with varied and challenging projects.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
• Implement containerized deployments using Docker.
• Manage application configuration across environments.
• Participate in client-facing technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution design sessions.
• Communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Deliver work within agreed timelines while maintaining quality standards.
• Make architectural decisions and lead technical conversations.
• Proactively identify improvements and ramp up quickly on new projects.
