The Department of Ecology is hiring a Forms and Records Analyst (Forms and Records Analyst 2) within the Environmental Assessment Program (EAP).
Location: Headquarters Office in Lacey, WA. Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.
Schedule: This position is eligible for telework and flexible schedule options. A minimum of 1-2 days per week is required in the office. This position will be required to be in the office every day during the training and onboarding period (around 6 months). Schedules are dependent upon position needs and are subject to change.

In this role, you will contribute to the program and agency mission by providing records management, responding to Public Disclosure Requests, and administrative support to the Environmental Assessment Program (EAP) staff. You will interact with the agency’s Records and Information Management Lead (RIM) and information Governance Manager, the Program Managers Assistant (PMA), and the EAP Administrative Support Team. You will also interact with the EAP Management Team, EAP staff, the other program/facilities staff and public.
