The Financial Analyst, Corporate will be responsible for supporting the company’s financial analysis and reporting needs. The individual in this role will lead/support various financial processes, including quality assurance validations, forecasting, and profitability analysis, all while working closely with key business/operations stakeholders to provide financial insights and forecasts for the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead quality assurance validations of customer and project-level financials on a monthly basis.
- Gather and consolidate financial data related to labor and sales forecasts weekly, and report forecast to senior leadership.
- Provide ad-hoc support for the company’s pricing efforts, ensuring programs achieve profitability metrics and validating appropriate cost inputs for pricing purposes.
- Collect and consolidate financial data from key stakeholders during financial forecast and budget cycles.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis on customer, business unit, and service offering profitability.
- Support the month-end close process through variance-to-forecast and trend analysis.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Education/Training: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field strongly preferred. Equivalent business experience will be considered.
- Business Experience: 2+ years of related, practical experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting or data analytics or equivalent combination of education and experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fundamental knowledge and skills in financial modeling, analysis, and reporting.
- Comfortable working with large and complex data sets; technical and analytical skills.

The expected base pay range for this position is $75,000-100,000 per year. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule.
