The Opportunity

We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and hands-on Field Marketing Manager to build and own our East Coast field marketing programs. You’ll partner closely with Sales to develop compelling experiences and targeted programs that engage priority accounts, generate pipeline, and accelerate opportunities.

We want someone who brings fresh thinking, bold ideas, and real enthusiasm for creating programs that stand out - someone who sees opportunities others miss, gets people excited about what’s possible, and has the resourcefulness to turn great ideas into measurable business impact.

About the role

• Own regional field marketing. Build and execute the East Coast strategy, aligning programs and investments with priority accounts, markets, and pipeline goals.
• Bring creative ideas to life. Develop differentiated campaigns, executive experiences, and account-based programs that capture attention, build relationships, and drive engagement.
• Be a strategic partner to Sales. Work proactively with AEs and Sales leadership to uncover opportunities, develop targeted plays, and create programs that drive business outcomes.
• Drive pipeline impact. Partner with Sales and Demand Gen to generate opportunities, accelerate deals, and measure sourced and influenced pipeline.
• Own execution end to end. Personally manage event logistics, invitations, vendors, budgets, promotion, on-site execution, and follow-up, ensuring exceptional experiences at every touchpoint.
• Build programs that scale. Establish repeatable field marketing plays, experiment with new approaches, and continuously optimize performance based on results.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise infrastructure, or technical SaaS.
• A creative, inventive mindset, with a habit of challenging conventional approaches and turning original ideas into compelling programs.
• Passion and energy that inspire the people around you and bring enthusiasm to everything you do.
• Strategic and commercial instincts, with a clear understanding of how marketing drives pipeline and which opportunities are worth pursuing.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial approach, with comfort taking initiative, working through ambiguity, and building from scratch.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to engage Sales leadership, senior executives, and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional project management and attention to detail, with a willingness to personally own execution from start to finish.
• Experience managing budgets and vendors while juggling multiple programs.

The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location.
