Purpose of the Job

Our client offers a suite of devices and tools that are used daily by billions and trusted by over 6 million businesses. The client marketing team brings their retail devices to life in the ATL space - TV, OLV, Social, Real Life Activations, OOH, and DOOH. This role supports a dynamic team whose mission is to fundamentally change how people discover and explore their products globally.

We are looking for an Executive Creative Producer who will provide strategic and creative production prowess to the client team. As an expert in diplomacy, you will act as a liaison between the client’s creative retail team, their marketing partners, various cross-functional stakeholders, as well as their global partners and agencies. Your key responsibilities include execution of global production initiatives, strategy alignment, go-to-market planning, product launches, campaign refreshes, and feature drops, while guiding the team's search on how to bring innovation and fresh thinking to our client’s retail environments. This role centers on producing best-in-class, culture-defining motion—and possibly static—content. An essential requirement is the ability to drive production workstreams from good to great while maintaining budget efficiencies and the timelines required to deploy assets globally.

This role is based primarily remotely in the United States, with travel requirements multiple times per year. The contract is through December 31, 2026 with the possibility to extend.

Key Responsibilities

• Workstream Production: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of complex video and static workstreams, ensuring all milestones are delivered with creative excellence.
• Stakeholder Management: Establish, collaborate and manage cross-functional business relationships with multiple teams: Product Marketing, Regional Marketing, Creative, XFN Production, Legal and Operations team to drive creative projects to meet business objectives, creative objectives, and timing and budget requirements.
• Vendor Direction: Direct external production partners and agencies to ensure all deliverables meet the strategic, financial, and technical requirements of the brand.
• Financial & Resource Strategy: Oversee and/or maintain high-level production budgets, SOWs, and resource allocation for multi-million dollar campaign workstreams.
• Workflow Optimization: Oversee and continue to refine complex localization pipelines and post-production workflows to support large-scale global launches.
• Elevating the Creative: Ensure teams consider customer experience, retail presence and brand integrity in every decision. Have a keen eye for design, always push for innovation, and deliver storytelling that breaks through.
• Clarity over Complexity: Create visibility and predictability across workstreams. This includes prolific use of documentation, maintaining up-to-the-minute trackers, and ensuring stakeholders have all appropriate briefing materials and clear visibility into delivery timelines.

Knowledge, Skills + Experience

• Experience: 12+ years of experience managing the creative development and execution in Broadcast Production (combination of agency and in-house experience)
• Google Workspace (Required): High fluency in Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Calendar
• Production Expertise: Deep knowledge of video production execution and delivery including prototyping, various live-action capture methodologies, AI tooling, UI screen compositing and complex post-production/VFX workflows
• Additional OLV, Social, OOH, and digital experience
• Localization: Certain deliverables may require localization prior to delivery and all workstreams will require localization thinking. Experience with global campaigns and localization is a plus
• Leadership: Confidence in managing senior-level executives through large-scale production while navigating ambiguity in complex organizational structures
• Airtable (Nice to have): Project tracking and database management
• Experience managing as a point-of-contact for marketing partners, creative working teams, and external vendors
• Previous experience of delivering break-through global campaigns for retail environments
• Must be proactive, detailed-oriented, resourceful and possess the ability to manage multiple projects
• Ability to cultivate team satisfaction by showing up kindly, collaboratively, and intelligently
• Experience with budgeting and billing reconciliation
• Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship management with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and projects across multiple workflows simultaneously
• Highly motivated, determined, and organized problem-solver with rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
• Effectively navigate and manage changing expectations in a deadline driven, rapidly evolving work environment
• Proactive, flexible individual with strong, professional communication, customer service
• Contains a love of efficiency, the desire to produce high-quality deliverables, and an ability to execute against multiple projects ​in a demanding work environment with often uncertain circumstances
• Maintains composure in high-pressure environments and is receptive to feedback and collaboration.
