Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with potential clients via phone and video calls to introduce our insurance offerings.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor product recommendations.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of our insurance products through engaging presentations.
• Manage your sales pipeline from lead generation to closing, ensuring all opportunities are nurtured.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.
• Navigate and update customer information accurately within our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members and management to share insights and best practices.

Compensation

This role offers significant earning potential, with expected earnings ranging from $75,000 to $350,000 annually, tied directly to your sales performance. This commission-driven structure rewards your success and provides a clear path for financial growth.
