About the Role:

We are conducting a search on behalf of a global technology services and consulting client for an accomplished Enterprise Sales Executive. This is a direct-hire, full-time role with our client, focused on winning new technology services business within:

• Charles Schwab
• CBRE
• FedEx
• GXO Logistics
• Ford Motor Company
• US Foods
• PepsiCo
• UPS
• CRH
• Costco

We are looking for a proven sales hunter who has previously supported, served, or sold to at least one of these accounts, with strong knowledge of its stakeholders, technology environment, and buying dynamics. Candidates must also have worked at Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, or EY and demonstrate the executive relationships, credibility, and commercial acumen to open doors, identify opportunities, and drive new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute account penetration and new-business strategies for designated strategic accounts.
• Leverage existing relationships and account knowledge to gain access to senior business and technology decision-makers.
• Proactively identify, develop, and close new opportunities across digital engineering, cloud, data, AI, automation, and technology transformation services.
• Build trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, business executives, technology leaders, procurement stakeholders, and other key decision-makers.
• Develop compelling, account-specific value propositions that connect the client's technology capabilities with each target account's strategic priorities.
• Own the sales lifecycle from opportunity identification and qualification through solution development, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with solution, consulting, delivery, and technology teams to develop differentiated solutions for complex enterprise requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong, qualified pipeline and consistently deliver against bookings and revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• 10–15 years of sales and business development experience within technology services, IT consulting, digital transformation, or related enterprise technology solutions.
• Professional experience at Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, or EY is required.
• Direct experience supporting, serving, or selling to at least one of the following accounts is required: Charles Schwab, CBRE, FedEx, GXO Logistics, Ford Motor Company, US Foods, PepsiCo, UPS, or CRH.
• Existing relationships with business and technology decision-makers within one or more of these strategic accounts are strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated hunter mentality, with a proven track record of opening new accounts, creating opportunities, and converting whitespace into significant revenue.
• Proven success selling complex technology services, consulting, digital transformation, or managed services to large enterprise clients.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, procurement organizations, and competitive environments.
