Enterprise account executive

Job Description

Design and implement sales strategies to meet company goals. Negotiate mutually beneficial contract terms. Maintain sales and activity reports via CRM. Collaborate with Customer Success for client satisfaction. Present sales reports and forecasts to management. Contribute to marketing plan development and sales training materials. Innovate and identify new product ideas, sales pitches, and market strategies.

Salary: $140k base, up to 2x OTE ($280k total)

Location: (The candidate must be in NYC area and willing to commute to the WeWork office once a week (their office is located in Manhattan area)

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in CRM, Data Analytics, or Martech.
• 1+ year of startup experience.
• Proven ability to manage sales processes from planning to closure.
• Experience selling complex SaaS solutions.
• Familiarity with Tier 1/2 clients like Coca-Cola, Nestle, and Pepsico.
• Experience with sales cycles averaging 4-6 months, occasionally exceeding a year.
• Comfortable with deal sizes averaging $150k-$200k USD, with some ranging up to $600k.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related fields.
• Strong persuasion, presentation, and communication skills.
