The Opportunity

Email is an important part of how CeriFi connects with learners and customers across our portfolio of brands. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you’ll help bring those communications to life by building, testing, and deploying high-quality email campaigns across a fast-moving, multi-brand environment. This is a hands-on execution role for someone early in their marketing career who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure every campaign is accurate, polished, and delivered on time.

You’ll partner closely with the Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations, and campaign and creative teams while building deeper expertise in email marketing, audience management, and campaign production.

What You’ll Own

• Email Campaign Production: Build, test, schedule, and deploy email campaigns across CeriFi brands using established templates, brand standards, and campaign requirements. Manage multiple campaigns and sends simultaneously while keeping the production calendar moving.
• Quality Assurance & Execution: Own the final details before every send, including rendering, links, personalization, audience selection, segmentation, and other campaign elements. Help ensure emails reach the right audience with a clean, consistent customer experience.
• Audience & Deliverability Support: Pull and manage campaign audiences within the marketing automation platform; follow list hygiene and opt-out requirements; monitor sends for potential deliverability issues; and escalate concerns as needed.
• Campaign Coordination: Partner with the Email Lifecycle Marketing Manager, Marketing Operations Manager, campaign teams, and creative partners to gather assets, confirm requirements, coordinate timing, and meet deployment deadlines.
• Production Operations: Help maintain the email production calendar and proactively flag scheduling conflicts, capacity constraints, or other issues that could affect delivery. Use basic HTML/CSS to troubleshoot and make light email customizations when needed.

Requirements

What You’ll Bring

• 1–3 years of experience building and deploying email marketing campaigns.
• Experience working with a marketing automation or email marketing platform.
• Familiarity with email building, testing, and quality-assurance tools.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email troubleshooting and light customization.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate, high-quality work.
• Comfort working in a high-volume environment with multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize competing requests.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams.
• Curiosity and an interest in continuing to build expertise in email marketing and marketing technology.

What Success Looks Like In Your First 90 Days

You understand CeriFi’s brands, email production processes, tools, templates, and quality standards. You’re confidently supporting campaign builds and learning how work moves from request through deployment.

By Six Months

You’re independently building, testing, and deploying a high volume of campaigns with strong accuracy and reliability. Partners trust you to manage deadlines, catch issues before deployment, and communicate proactively when something needs attention.

By One Year

You’re a trusted member of the email team who consistently delivers high-quality campaigns at scale. You’ve developed deeper expertise in our email platform and production processes and are helping identify opportunities to make execution more efficient and scalable.
