District Manager

Locations Include: Allendale, Whitehall, Caledonia, Wayland, Paw Paw, MI. A District Manager for Culver’s is essentially the operational backbone for multiple restaurants — the person who ensures every location delivers the Culver’s standard of hospitality, food quality, and financial performance.

The District Manager oversees multiple Culver’s locations within a defined region, ensuring operational excellence, strong financial performance, and consistent guest satisfaction. This role leads General Managers, develops teams, maintains brand standards, and drives strategic growth across the district.

Core Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership — Oversees daily performance of all restaurants in the district, ensuring compliance with Culver’s operational standards, food safety, and guest service expectations.
• Team Development — Coaches, mentors, and evaluates General Managers; builds strong management pipelines; leads training initiatives to strengthen restaurant-level leadership.
• Financial Performance — Analyzes P&L statements, labor costs, food costs, and sales trends; implements strategies to improve profitability across all locations.
• Brand & Quality Assurance — Ensures every restaurant maintains Culver’s standards for cleanliness, hospitality, product quality, and facility maintenance.
• Strategic Planning — Sets district goals, identifies growth opportunities, and executes initiatives that improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Staffing & HR Oversight — Supports hiring decisions, resolves personnel issues, ensures compliance with labor laws, and promotes a positive work culture.
• Vendor & Community Relations — Coordinates with suppliers, service providers, and local partners; represents Culver’s in community engagement efforts.
• Facility & Equipment Management — Ensures timely repairs, preventive maintenance, and adherence to Culver’s building and equipment standards.
• Reporting & Communication — Provides regular updates to the Director of Operations; communicates district priorities and expectations to restaurant-level teams.
