Aspire General Insurance is seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic growth, profitability, and product management initiatives for our California personal auto insurance business. This high-impact leadership role is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that drive profitable growth, enhance market competitiveness, and support Aspire's long-term business objectives.
The Director of Product Management- California will lead a team of Product Managers and Analysts while partnering closely with Actuarial, Underwriting, Compliance, Business Intelligence, IT, Agency Operations, and Executive Leadership. This position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, improving profitability, guiding product filings, developing new capabilities, and leveraging analytics to inform business decisions. This leader must be capable of managing large and complex states, leading multiple initiatives simultaneously, and developing innovative solutions that support both operational excellence and sustained growth.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to:
Exempt position. Alternative work schedules may be available when applicable. Travel required. Work within a highly technical, paperless environment. Ability to work at a computer for extended periods of time. Frequent use of repetitive hand and motor movements. Ability to sit for extended periods throughout the workday. Occasional lifting of items up to 25 pounds. Occasional stooping, reaching, standing, and climbing of small step ladders.
