Director
As Director of Business Operations, you will report to the VP of Operations and help shape the future of our global Client Success and Operations organization. You will be central to driving organizational transformation and enabling scalable operations that deliver exceptional client outcomes. Your work will ensure that we are providing Client Success and Operations the space to drive great outcomes for Indeed clients.
Requires a minimum of 17 years of related experience; or a minimum of 15 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 12 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 8 years experience. Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. Proven experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Excellent communication skills, able to influence and engage collaborators at all levels. Experience with process improvement, change management, and operational frameworks. Strategic thinking, business judgment, and attention to detail. Adaptable and proactive, able to navigate ambiguity and drive results.

The salary range for this role reflects the minimum and maximum compensation for the role. Offers are typically made between the range minimum and the range midpoint. Actual compensation will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and expertise, as evaluated during the interview process.
