About the Role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the SaaS ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, including social media advertising, content creation, and email marketing.
• Background with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and email marketing platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in making data-driven decisions.
• A genuine passion for technology, AI, and its potential to transform industries.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a creative, fast-paced, and fully remote work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and drive growth.
• Create and execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including Google and LinkedIn.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to measure success and make data-driven decisions to optimize for maximum impact.
• Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including building and segmenting lists for targeted communication.
• Manage and grow our social media presence on relevant platforms, establishing LXERA as a thought leader.
• Develop and create compelling content that showcases our value, including blog posts, case studies, social media updates, and newsletters.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure marketing strategies align with the overall company vision and objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and AI tools, making recommendations for new tactics and approaches to improve performance.
