About the Role
Kantata is seeking a highly strategic, engaging, and results-oriented Manager of Customer Advocacy & References to build and lead a world-class customer advocacy program. This person will create the strategy, operating model, relationships, and content engine that turn customer success into meaningful market influence and measurable business impact. The program will support customer storytelling, sales references, peer-review platforms, analyst relations, campaigns, events, media opportunities, executive engagement, and customer recognition. This is not simply a content role. It is a highly visible, customer-facing leadership position that sits at the intersection of Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Executive Leadership.
The ideal candidate has exceptional executive presence, a natural ability to build relationships, strong editorial judgment, and the operational discipline to manage many customer commitments without losing the personal touch. They are polished but approachable, extraordinarily responsive, and deeply committed to creating value for customers, not merely asking customers to promote Kantata.

Compensation
The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 - $110,000 USD. This position is eligible to participate in the Company Bonus Plan *The above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition. Other compensation considerations include location, relevant experience, and other job-related factors.

This role is a remote role within the US preference to Boston.
