Overview

Creator Match is seeking a Creator Associate to drive day-to-day creator-side campaign execution, working directly with a Creator Marketing Manager (CMM). This role is responsible for turning creator strategy into action, coordinating sourcing and outreach, managing creator offers and onboarding, and ensuring creator deliverables progress from initial engagement through campaign completion.

The Creator Associate serves as the primary execution partner to the CMM, who retains accountability for creator strategy, commercial decisions, creator relationships, and campaign outcomes.

Role Summary

The Creator Associate owns the execution of assigned creator workflows, including sourcing, creator outreach, offer communication, onboarding, creator coordination, content feedback, and campaign follow-through.

This position requires sound judgment, strong communication, organization, and the ability to independently manage multiple moving pieces. The Creator Associate works closely with the CMM to execute approved creator strategies, identify issues early, and keep creator campaigns moving.

Unlike the Creator Coordinator, who focuses primarily on administrative tasks, outreach follow-ups, and tracking, the Creator Associate is trusted to execute more complex creator interactions, including sending approved offers, coordinating creator onboarding, and communicating detailed content feedback.

Core Skillsets Required

Creator Sourcing & Outreach

  • Build creator sourcing lists based on campaign strategy, brand objectives, and sourcing parameters established by the CMM.
  • Research creators and agencies for audience fit, content style, platform presence, and campaign relevance.
  • Develop and maintain organized creator shortlists for CMM review.
  • Coordinate creator outreach using approved messaging and campaign requirements.
  • Manage creator responses, interest, availability, and follow-up communication.
  • Collect sourcing feedback and incorporate approved changes into subsequent creator waves.
  • Partner with the Creator Coordinator on contact research, outreach administration, and tracking.
  • Flag potential creator conflicts, availability concerns, or other sourcing risks to the CMM.

Creator Offers & Onboarding

  • Audit historical creator rates and provide relevant information to support CMM rate decisions.
  • Draft creator offer communications using approved campaign terms and pricing.
  • Send approved offers to creators and talent agencies.
  • Manage offer responses and coordinate follow-ups through acceptance or escalation.
  • Identify counteroffers, requests for additional compensation, or unusual terms and route commercial decisions to the CMM.
  • Coordinate accepted creators through onboarding, including welcome communications, campaign briefs, product access, and next steps.
  • Schedule creator and brand briefing calls when needed.
  • Ensure creators understand campaign expectations, deliverables, deadlines, and communication requirements.
  • Work with the Creator Coordinator to maintain accurate onboarding and offer status.

Creator Communication & Campaign Execution

  • Serve as a primary day-to-day execution contact for creators and talent agencies across assigned campaigns.
  • Maintain timely, professional communication throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Coordinate creator deliverables, deadlines, questions, and follow-ups.
  • Translate approved campaign instructions into clear, actionable communication for creators.
  • Resolve routine execution issues independently and escalate strategic, contractual, or commercial concerns.
  • Anticipate delays and communicate potential campaign risks to the CMM.
  • Coordinate creator-side actions when campaign priorities, timelines, or deliverables change.

Content Coordination & Feedback

  • Coordinate with the Draft Reviewer and CMM to move creator content through the review and approval process.
  • Send clear, detailed, approved content feedback to creators.
  • Explain revision requirements and ensure creators understand requested changes.
  • Follow up on revisions and coordinate outstanding creator actions.
  • Identify recurring content quality concerns, excessive revision cycles, or creator responsiveness issues.
  • Contact creators to address content issues identified after publication.
  • Ensure creators receive final content approval and applicable FTC disclosure reminders.
  • Escalate significant content concerns to the CMM.

Creator Tracking & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate creator status and communication records throughout the campaign.
  • Ensure offer outcomes, onboarding progress, content feedback, and creator issues are documented.
  • Partner with the Creator Coordinator on tracker updates, draft status, and live-post documentation.
  • Flag missing or inconsistent creator information.
  • Support creator CRM updates, including performance observations, relationship notes, and future booking considerations.
  • Maintain organized handoffs between sourcing, offers, onboarding, content review, and campaign completion.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner directly with the CMM on creator strategy execution, priorities, and escalations.
  • Work with Creator Coordinators to delegate and coordinate administrative creator tasks.
  • Collaborate with Draft Reviewers to deliver accurate and actionable content feedback.
  • Coordinate with Account Managers and Account Associates when creator-side developments affect client expectations.
  • Support Account Coordinators with accurate creator information needed for campaign administration and reporting.
  • Maintain clear communication and ownership across all creator-side workflows.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities to improve creator outreach, onboarding, communication, and execution efficiency.
  • Support the development of standardized creator workflows, templates, and best practices.
  • Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and other business needs as assigned.

Culture & Expectations

Creator Match is not a typical 9-to-5 environment. We operate as a lean, fast-moving team supporting high-growth technology brands. Campaign demands may occasionally require extended hours, evening or weekend responsiveness, and the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change.

We value people who take ownership, communicate proactively, solve problems, and care deeply about delivering exceptional work.

You'll have the opportunity to work on impactful campaigns with leading technology brands, help creators build meaningful partnerships, and grow alongside a team that values initiative, accountability, and continuous improvement.
