Job Description

Join our team as a Corporate Communications Specialist! In this role, you will be responsible for creating internal and external communication assets, including corporate collateral, public relations, CSR, and thought leadership content. This role is focused on tactical execution — routine drafting, calendar management, intranet updates, and day-to-day coordination — helping ensure our messaging is impactful, consistent, and aligned with our culture and values.

• Partner with teams and leaders across the company to write, edit, and format communication content that is consistent in voice and aligned with our culture and values
• Manage the internal communications calendar and coordinate day-to-day communications activities across departments
• Maintain and update intranet content, ensuring information stays current and accurate
• Revamp and deploy our internal communications intake and project management process
• Build a network of content owners and publishers, ensuring all departments have the tools and knowledge to maintain and update their information
• Draft and distribute internal communications, including intranet updates, newsletters, and company-wide email communications
• Manage the company's Glassdoor account, including drafting responses to reviews and ensuring regular activity
• Support the team by incorporating analytics and recommending improvements to communications programs, approaches, and tools

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

• 1-3 years' experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience with AP style writing

Tools Knowledge:

• MS Office, with strong proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint, Contact Monkey
• Preferred but not required: Asana

Target Compensation:

$55,000.00/annual

DOT Requirements

If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.

Compensation Range

$52,000.00 - $74,400.00

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications (e.g. JD/technology), for example.
