Transform the everyday with us!

Our Contract Administrators serve as the backbone of our contract management operations, ensuring seamless execution of contracts, purchase orders, and other commitment documents. You'll work collaboratively with Sales, Legal, and Management teams to identify and mitigate risks, manage contract workflows, and maintain compliance with company policies. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to Siemens' mission of creating intelligent infrastructure solutions while developing expertise in contract administration and risk management.

As a Contract Administrator, you will:

  • Contract Review & Risk Assessment: Review contracts, purchase orders, proposals, and commitment documents (including change orders) to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with company policy; utilize contract review software to scan, analyze, and flag risks in customer agreements below designated thresholds.
  • Contract Workflow Management: Manage end-to-end opportunity workflows using Contract Management software after booking; coordinate contract distribution between internal stakeholders and customers; track and follow up on contract review status with all parties.
  • Document Execution & Signature Management: Facilitate the complete contract execution process using Adobe Sign for internal signatures; receive, distribute, and process fully executed contracts; ensure proper documentation and retention of all signed agreements.
  • Addendum & Amendment Administration: Prepare and add addenda for contracts under threshold to address execution barriers; collaborate with contract managers to determine necessary terms and conditions requiring modification; register all addenda in the centralized registry and communicate rationale to business owners.
  • Specialized Agreement Processing: Manage workflows for Master Agreements and Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs); ensure appropriate Delegation of Authority processes are completed and recorded; submit to Sales Executives Consequential Damages Waiver (CDW) for approval.
  • Insurance & Bond Coordination: Distribute and receive Certificate of Insurance (COI) requests; request and process Payment and Performance Bonds.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Escalation: Interface with Legal, Sales, and Management to resolve contract review actions; refer contract disputes to appropriate business owners and contract managers when necessary; serve as a liaison between all parties to ensure smooth contract execution.

You will make an impact with these qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in contract administration, contract management, legal support, or related field.
  • Organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience navigating spreadsheets and databases for data analysis, report generation, presentations, and general correspondence.
  • Ability to review and interpret contract terms and conditions below designated thresholds.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree.
