Accountabilities

• Content Strategy and Planning: Own the content marketing strategy and editorial calendar, identifying relevant topics, compelling narratives, and effective formats that align with business objectives and audience needs.
• Content Creation and Editorial Management: Write, edit, and produce high-quality content across websites, blogs, thought leadership articles, customer success stories, reports, and other marketing assets.
• SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Collaborate with SEO specialists to improve organic visibility and discoverability across traditional search engines and AI-powered search experiences while maintaining strong editorial standards.
• Email Marketing: Develop and manage content and copy for newsletters, email nurture sequences, campaign communications, and customer-facing messages, ensuring consistency and relevance throughout the customer journey.
• Content Distribution and Promotion: Partner with channel owners to identify distribution opportunities, repurpose successful content, and extend the reach and impact of key assets across marketing channels.
• Editorial Quality and Brand Voice: Establish and maintain high editorial standards, ensuring all published content is clear, distinctive, engaging, accurate, and aligned with the brand's positioning.
• Audience Research and Thought Leadership: Research customer challenges, industry developments, and emerging marketing trends to uncover original insights and develop content that offers meaningful value to target audiences.
• Performance Analysis and Optimization: Evaluate content effectiveness and use performance data to refine editorial priorities, improve engagement, and strengthen the contribution of content to marketing pipeline growth.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing stakeholders to generate ideas, support campaign objectives, and ensure content initiatives contribute to broader business and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Professional Experience: At least five years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or a related role, preferably within B2B technology or SaaS. Experience in marketing technology, advertising technology, or account-based marketing (ABM) is a strong advantage.
• Writing Portfolio: A strong portfolio of personally written content demonstrating original thinking, exceptional writing and editing skills, and the ability to adapt messaging across formats and audiences.
• Content Strategy Expertise: Proven experience managing content strategy and execution from ideation and planning through production, distribution, and performance evaluation.
• Exceptional Writing and Editing: The ability to simplify complex technical or business concepts without losing their meaning, while producing clear, engaging, and persuasive content.
• Strong Editorial Judgment: A demonstrated ability to recognize compelling ideas, challenge conventional approaches, identify opportunities for improvement, and maintain consistently high content standards.
