We exist to protect the Legacy of Agriculture, One Family Farm at a Time. Farmers operate in one of the most complex, capital-intensive, and volatile business environments on earth, yet most financial and management tools weren't built with their reality in mind. We walk alongside farm families through every stage of building, growing, protecting, and transferring their farm business—guiding them along The Legacy Journey from initial financial visibility (Production) all the way to a thriving, succession-ready business built to outlast the founder (Prosper). To carry out this mission, our brand must be as grounded, authentic, and hardworking as the farm families we serve.
We are looking for a Content Manager (Jr. Brand Manager) who understands that every piece of content, every pitch deck, and every video shoot is directly connected to our mission. In this role, you won't just manage style guides or social channels, you will own how Legacy Farmer shows up to the farm families who trust us with their legacy. You will lead and manage the execution for high-stakes brand projects, including our flagship Saving The American Farmer documentary series, our public website redesign, and the commercial collateral that introduces farmers to our coaching and Farmer Metrics software. Reporting to our Head of Marketing and leading our Field Producer, you will work closely with our organic content team and design partners to turn high-level strategic goals into compelling creative assets that move farm families along their journey. This role exists so our acquisition team can stay focused on growth, while you own the special projects, partnerships, and brand work that make Legacy Farmer unmistakable.
3+ years of experience as a Content Manager, Associate Creative Director, or Marketing Lead, with a track record of executing multi-channel brand campaigns.
Prior experience or deep background in agriculture, agtech, or rural business is strongly preferred. You speak the language of commercial farming and respect the economic and personal realities of multi-generational farm operations.
Hands-on experience directing creative projects, storyboarding, and overseeing video/film production crews.
Proven ability to manage large-scale, complex initiatives (such as film series releases or website re-platforms) from concept to final delivery.
Experience selecting, briefing, and quarterbacking external agencies and freelance talent to deliver high-quality creative work.
Experience managing or mentoring at least one direct report, such as a producer, coordinator, or freelancer team, with the ability to set priorities and hold others to deadlines.
Experience pitching and booking guests or executives on podcasts, media, or speaking opportunities is a strong plus.
Salary: $75,000 base + Performance Bonus. This represents the expected base salary range for this role. The final salary offered will be determined by the candidate’s relevant skills, experience, and geographic location.
We will request a 2-minute video introducing yourself and explaining why you’re a great fit for this role and a portfolio or case studies highlighting brand projects, video/documentary campaigns, or creative direction you’ve led. If you have roots in agriculture, make sure to let us know.
