Clinical pharmacist - inpatient

The Clinical Pharmacist ensures safe, effective, and timely medication therapy to optimize patient outcomes. Completion of a Pharmacy Practice Residency or equivalent experience required. Minimum of one year of prior hospital pharmacy experience required.
