Job Description:

This is a remote position but must be based in the Chicagoland area

The ideal candidate would possess the following characteristics:

• Well-spoken with the ability to exhibit good judgment with good phone etiquette
• Able to understand, support and follow company policies and procedures
• Goal oriented with the intent and desire to improve customer service

Experience and Skills:

• Experience in a high volume inbound and outbound customer service call center with computer input during calls
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Attention to detail
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Excellent communication skills; oral, verbal, written and listening
• Must have excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong Computer Skills: Excel, Web based applications, Google Maps
• Type 40wpm
• Ability to adapt to an ever changing, growing business environment
• Bi-lingual speaking skills a plus
