Chartis is seeking a Business Process Hospital Billing (HB) Consultant with 5+ years of Epic Patient Access leadership experience and experience with Epic Cheers to join our Revenue Cycle Transformation Practice.
As a Business Process Consultant, you’ll design solutions and workflows aimed at improving both patient access operations and digital patient engagement for our clients. You’ll lead efforts to gather business requirements, design workflows, and optimize both front-end revenue cycle functions and digital engagement strategies. The role involves close collaboration with executive leadership, IT, and cross-functional teams to align patient access and patient experience initiatives with broader organizational goals.
